A seller sourcing the same product line from four different Shenzhen-area factories was shipping four separate partial-container loads, each requiring its own labeling pass and freight booking. We received inventory from all four suppliers into one facility, cross-checked each batch against the master packing list, sorted by destination FBA zone, and consolidated everything into a single outbound shipment — cutting the number of freight bookings from four to one and catching a mislabeled SKU from one supplier before it ever reached Amazon's receiving dock.

A product line with an awkward shape and fragile components was seeing damage claims under generic box packaging. Because we also run the packaging factory, we built a reinforced wooden crate with internal corner protection sized to the exact product dimensions, rather than over-filling a generic carton with loose fill — produced and packed in the same facility, with no separate packaging vendor to coordinate.
