One-stop service, one vendor:
Get Returned Inventory Back on Sale, Not Into a Liquidation Pile
Removal orders and returned inventory often get written off simply because reprocessing them is tedious — inspecting condition, repackaging, and relabeling each unit individually. We treat this as a standard workflow: every returned unit is inspected and sorted into resellable, repairable, or damaged categories before any relabeling happens, so you're not paying to relabel units that shouldn't go back on sale.
This service pairs naturally with our quality inspection tiers for condition grading, and with our labeling service for the actual relabeling and re-bagging work.
What's Included
- • Removal-order and returned-inventory intake
- • Condition inspection and sorting: resellable, repairable, damaged
- • Re-bagging and relabeling for resellable units
- • Photo-documented condition reports before you decide next steps
- • Relabeling support for marketplace transfers
Pricing
Relabeling uses our standard rates, starting from USD 0.08/unit for an FNSKU label printed and applied and USD 0.12/unit for a poly bag with a suffocation warning. Inspection and grading of returns is quoted per lot, because condition varies so much from batch to batch. Since grading happens before any relabeling, you only pay for rework on units that are actually going back on sale. See our pricing page for all published starting prices.
How It Works
- 1 Tell us what's coming Send the removal order IDs or tracking numbers, the SKU list and expected quantities so boxes can be matched on arrival.
- 2 Intake and count Each box is opened, counted and logged against the removal order or returns list. Missing or extra units are noted.
- 3 Grade condition Every unit is inspected and sorted into resellable, repairable or damaged.
- 4 Report and decide You get the breakdown with photos and choose what happens to each group.
- 5 Rework resellable units Old labels are removed or covered, new FNSKU labels applied and scanned, and units re-bagged or repackaged where needed.
- 6 Store or ship Units go into storage, back to Amazon or another marketplace, or anywhere else you choose.
What You Receive
- • Received count per SKU against the removal order or returns list

What We Need From You
- • Removal order IDs, tracking numbers, or a list of what is being sent
- • Your condition criteria: what counts as resellable for your product
- • The FNSKU labels or listing details to relabel against
- • Instructions for each group: resell, repair, return to supplier, or dispose
- • Replacement packaging or inserts if the originals can't be reused, or ask us to quote new packaging
FAQ
Can you process Amazon removal orders sent from a US fulfillment center?
Yes — we accept removal-order shipments, inspect condition on arrival, and relabel or repackage units so they can go back on sale instead of being discarded or liquidated.
What happens to returned units that aren't resellable?
We separate resellable, repairable, and damaged units during inspection and report the breakdown to you with photos, so you decide whether to resell, repair, donate, or dispose of each category.
Do you handle relabeling for inventory that's being moved between marketplaces?
Yes — relabeling for a marketplace switch (for example, inventory being redirected from one country's FBA to another) follows the same process as standard FNSKU relabeling.
Can you remove or cover the old labels on returned units?
Yes. Old FNSKU or return labels are peeled off cleanly or covered with the new label so only one scannable barcode shows, and every new label is checked with a handheld scanner.
Can relabeled returns go out in the same shipment as new stock?
Yes. Once relabeled, resellable units can be packed alongside fresh inventory of the same SKU, so they return to Amazon with your next inbound shipment instead of on their own.
