Sellers increasingly list the same product across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace (via WFS), TikTok Shop, and their own Shopify store — and each channel has slightly different labeling and packaging requirements. Our team tracks the channel-specific spec per order, so the same product can go out correctly labeled for whichever channel it's headed to, without you managing three separate prep vendors.
This also means that expanding into a new channel later doesn't require starting from zero — your product dimensions, packaging preferences, and inspection history are already on file with us.
Our standard model is bulk: stock is prepped once in Shenzhen, and each channel's portion travels in cartons or on pallets to the warehouse that will fulfill it. For your own store, that means prepped stock shipped in bulk to your warehouse or 3PL, which then handles individual orders. If a project needs parcels sent directly, such as samples or a small launch batch, ask us about parcel volumes and we'll tell you what's practical.

How It Works
- 1 Map your channels Tell us where each SKU sells: Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok Shop, or your own store. We note each channel's label format and packaging spec.
- 2 Receive once Stock from your factories arrives at one facility and is counted against the packing list.
- 3 Allocate per channel Quantities are split by channel to your instructions and staged separately.
- 4 Prep to each spec Labels, bagging and carton marks are applied to each channel's requirements, and labels are scanned.
- 5 Check before sealing Packed cartons are counted and photographed before they are sealed.
- 6 Ship each portion Each portion ships in bulk to its destination: Amazon, WFS, TikTok Shop, or your own warehouse or 3PL.

Can the same warehouse really handle Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop prep?
Yes — the underlying work (labeling, packaging, sorting, inspection) overlaps heavily across channels. What changes is the label format and packaging spec per channel, which our team tracks per order.
Can you prep stock for my Shopify or other direct-to-consumer store, not just marketplace warehouses?
Yes — we prep and pack your DTC stock and ship it in bulk to your own warehouse or 3PL, alongside FBA and WFS inbound prep from the same facility. Parcel shipping is available for specific projects on request, so ask us about parcel volumes.
If I only sell on Amazon today but might expand to Walmart later, does that change anything now?
No — there's no extra setup cost to keep that option open. When you're ready to expand, we already have your product specs and packaging on file.
Can I change the channel split after the goods arrive?
Yes, until units are labeled for a channel. Before that, stock can be reallocated freely; after labeling, moving units to another channel means relabeling them.
Who creates the shipment plans and labels for each marketplace?
Usually you do, in each channel's seller account. Send us the labels and shipment details and we apply them and pack the cartons to match.
