Any Label Amazon Requires — Applied Correctly the First Time
Use this page if you want us to apply Amazon labels to your goods here. If you only need labels printed, including labels you'll apply yourself, see label printing.
Rejected or mislabeled shipments are one of the most common (and most expensive) ways sellers lose time at Amazon's fulfillment centers. We treat labeling as a compliance step, not an afterthought: every batch is checked against your current Amazon shipment plan and Transparency Program enrollment before a single unit is bagged, because a wrong code on unit one means a wrong code on unit one thousand.
This matters even more since January 1, 2026, when Amazon stopped offering its own in-house FBA prep and labeling service — every unit has to arrive fully labeled and compliant, or the shipment gets flagged at receiving. We built our labeling line around exactly this requirement.
What's Included
- • FNSKU unit-level application, including covering or removing existing manufacturer barcodes (no printer? we print the labels for you too)
- • Amazon Transparency Program unique code application, matched and verified against your brand enrollment
- • Suffocation warning label placement on poly-bagged items
- • Outer-carton shipping marks: box labels, carton count, SSCC labels where your shipment plan requires them
- • Relabeling for mixed-SKU cartons and multi-supplier consolidations
Barcode scan verification
Every Label Is Scanned Before It Ships
Printing a label is half the job. Each FNSKU, Transparency code, carton label and product barcode we print or apply is read back with a handheld barcode scanner and checked against your SKU list before the goods are packed.
Readable on the first scan
Each barcode is scanned after printing and after it's applied. A label that won't decode, because of low contrast, a crease, a missing quiet zone or a curved surface, is caught here instead of at Amazon receiving.
Right code on the right product
The scanned value is matched to the FNSKU or SKU for that variant, so a size or color label can't end up on the wrong item and codes from two SKUs can't get mixed.
No duplicate codes
Repeated scans are flagged, so a Transparency code or serial number is never applied to two units.
Nothing missed
Labels applied, units counted and carton contents are reconciled against each other, so every unit is labeled and every carton matches its box contents.
Fixed before packing
Any label that fails a check is pulled, reprinted, applied again and rescanned before the carton is sealed.
Works for 1D barcodes such as Code 128 FNSKU labels, UPC and EAN, and for 2D codes such as Amazon Transparency codes and QR codes.
FAQ
How do you make sure labels scan and aren't mixed up, duplicated or missed?
Every FNSKU, Transparency code and carton label is read back with a handheld barcode scanner after printing and after it's applied. The scanned value is matched to the right FNSKU for that variant, repeated codes are flagged, and label counts are reconciled against units and carton contents. Any label that fails is reprinted and rescanned before the carton is sealed.
What's the difference between FNSKU and Amazon Transparency Program labels?
FNSKU is Amazon's own barcode that links a unit to your listing inside FBA. The Transparency Program is a separate, brand-protection program — Amazon assigns a unique code per unit that must be scanned at every step, and it has to match your brand's Transparency enrollment exactly. We apply both correctly, and we check that Transparency codes aren't duplicated or misassigned before cartons are sealed.
Can you apply labels to products that already have a manufacturer barcode?
Yes — this is one of the most common jobs we do. We cover or remove the existing barcode per Amazon's rules and apply FNSKU over it so scanners read the correct code, not the original UPC/EAN.
Do you handle carton-level shipping marks, not just unit labels?
Yes. Outer cartons get box labels, carton count markings, and SSCC labels where required, formatted to match your Amazon shipment plan so nothing gets flagged at check-in.
What if I only need relabeling for a removal order or returned inventory?
We handle that as a standalone job — see our Returns Processing & Relabeling service for removal-order intake, inspection, and relabeling before goods go back into active inventory.
