Sorting by SKU and Destination, Not Just by Supplier

Sellers who source from multiple factories often receive inventory in mixed, unsorted batches — different SKUs, different suppliers, sometimes different quality grades, all arriving close together. Our floor is set up in zone-marked staging areas by destination market, so a shipment headed to Amazon's US fulfillment centers never gets mixed with one headed to Canada or the UK.

Every carton is logged against your packing list at receiving — SKU, quantity, condition — before it's staged. This catches supplier errors (wrong quantity, wrong SKU, damaged units) before they turn into a rejected Amazon shipment three weeks later.

What's Included

  • • Receiving log cross-checked against your packing list, SKU by SKU
  • • Zone-based staging by destination marketplace (US, UK, EU, Canada, and more)
  • • Multi-supplier consolidation into single, correctly sorted shipments
  • • Discrepancy flagging before cartons are sealed and palletized
  • • Bulk shipments of FBM and DTC stock to your own warehouse or 3PL (see Multi-Channel Prep)

Storage While You Wait

When suppliers deliver on different days, received stock stays sorted and staged until the shipment is complete. Storage starts from USD 6/CBM/month; see our pricing page for published starting prices. Freight is quoted per shipment, and one consolidated batch usually means fewer separate bookings than sending each supplier's goods on its own.

How It Works

  1. 1 Share packing lists Send each supplier's packing list and your destination split before the goods arrive.
  2. 2 Receive and log Every carton is logged by supplier, SKU, quantity and condition.
  3. 3 Cross-check Counts are compared with the packing lists, and discrepancies are flagged to you with photos before sorting.
  4. 4 Sort and stage Units are staged by SKU and destination in zone-marked areas.
  5. 5 Build cartons Cartons are packed to each destination's shipment plan and carton labels applied.
  6. 6 Consolidate and ship Sorted cartons are palletized and handed over for freight.

What You Receive

  • • A receiving log by supplier and SKU
  • • A discrepancy report with photos, before anything is sealed
  • • A final carton list per destination: carton count, contents, weights and dimensions
  • • Photos of staged cartons or pallets before dispatch

What We Need From You

  • • Packing lists from each supplier, with SKU and quantity per carton
  • • Expected delivery dates from each supplier
  • • Your destination split per SKU
  • • Shipment plans and carton labels for each destination
  • • How you want discrepancies handled: hold, ship short, or wait for replacements

FAQ

How fine-grained is your sorting — down to individual SKUs?

Yes. Multi-supplier, multi-SKU shipments are logged and staged by SKU and destination market before they're palletized, not just grouped loosely by supplier or by weight.

Can you sort inventory by destination marketplace (US, UK, EU, Canada, etc.)?

Yes — our floor is organized into zone-marked staging areas by destination market, so mixed inbound shipments get split correctly before consolidation and shipping.

What happens if a shipment arrives with mixed or mislabeled SKUs from multiple suppliers?

We log everything at receiving: supplier, SKU, quantity, and condition, then cross-check against your packing list before sorting begins. Discrepancies are flagged back to you before we proceed, not discovered after the fact.

Can sorted stock go to my own warehouse or 3PL for FBM or DTC orders, not just to Amazon?

Yes — sorted stock can ship in bulk to your own warehouse or 3PL as well as to Amazon or Walmart WFS. Parcel shipping is available for specific projects on request; see our Multi-Channel Prep service and ask us about parcel volumes.

What happens if one supplier's goods arrive late?

We hold the stock already received, sorted and staged, and tell you once an expected delivery is overdue. You can wait and ship everything together, or ship what's ready and send the rest later.

Can you split one supplier's carton across several destinations?

Yes. Cartons can be opened and the units divided between destinations, then repacked into new cartons labeled for each shipment. Send the split per SKU in advance so it's done once, at receiving.
