- Full-color printing and brand-color matching. Send your artwork or brand guide and we'll proof it before production.
- Finishing
- Options such as matte or gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing and spot UV, depending on box type. Ask what suits your design.
- Inserts
- Paper, card or foam inserts to hold products in place. For fragile or oddly shaped items, see our protective packaging service.
- Sizing
- Boxes built to your product dimensions, and shipping cartons sized to Amazon's carton size and weight limits when they're going to FBA.

- We make a sample for you to approve before mass production, so the structure, fit and print are right before the full run.

Boxes & Cartons FAQ
Do you manufacture the boxes yourselves, or source them from other suppliers?
We manufacture them. We're a printing and packaging factory in Shenzhen, so color boxes, gift boxes and cartons are produced in our own facility rather than bought in.
What is your minimum order quantity for custom boxes?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per box design. Below that, setup and printing costs make each box very expensive, so 500 is where custom printed boxes start to make sense.
How long does box production take?
Production usually takes 7–20 days after you approve the sample, depending on box type, finishing and quantity. Rigid and gift boxes with special finishes sit at the longer end.
Can you make the boxes and pack my products into them?
Yes, and that's where we're different from a box supplier. Your products can be packed into the new boxes, labeled and shipped from the same facility, without the boxes ever leaving it.
Can I order only the boxes and have them shipped to me?
Yes. If you pack in your own warehouse, we can ship the empty boxes or cartons to you by sea, air or express.
Can you make shipping cartons that meet Amazon FBA requirements?
Yes. We size cartons to your products and quantities and keep them within Amazon's carton size and weight limits for the marketplace you're shipping to. We can also replace damaged or oversized supplier cartons before inbound.
Can you match my brand colors?
Send your artwork and brand color references. We proof the print and make a sample for approval before mass production.
Is your food packaging safe for food contact?
It depends on the product and the market. Tell us what the packaging will hold and where it's being sold, and we'll confirm suitable food-contact materials for that use before quoting.
