We own the packaging factory. Most Amazon prep centers buy generic poly bags and stock boxes from a third-party supplier. We design the structural packaging — insert, crate, or box — ourselves, then pack the product in the same building, so there's no handoff between a packaging vendor and a prep team.
Can you design packaging for an oddly shaped or fragile product?
