Amazon gives you the label files, but someone still has to print hundreds or thousands of them at the right size, on label stock that scans and stays stuck, and then put each one in the right place. Most sellers sourcing from China have no printer near their goods, and many factories won't do it or do it wrong. We're a printing and packaging factory, so label printing is part of what we already do every day. You send the files or the codes, we print and apply them, and the goods leave Shenzhen ready for Amazon or any other channel.

Printed from the label PDF you download in Seller Central, at a scannable size, then applied over or next to the manufacturer barcode as Amazon requires.
Amazon Transparency codes
Amazon issues the unique codes to your brand; you send them to us and we print and apply one per unit, matched to the right SKU.
Amazon FBA carton labels (box marks)
Shipment carton labels from your Seller Central shipment plan, printed and placed on every outer carton so the shipment checks in cleanly.
Non-Amazon carton marks
Shipping marks for Walmart, TikTok Shop, retail distribution centers, your own 3PL, or export cartons: PO numbers, carton counts, destinations, handling symbols.
Product labels and stickers
Barcode stickers (UPC/EAN you provide), SKU and size labels, branded stickers and seal labels for the product or its packaging.

Barcode scan verification
Every Label Is Scanned Before It Ships
Printing a label is half the job. Each FNSKU, Transparency code, carton label and product barcode we print or apply is read back with a handheld barcode scanner and checked against your SKU list before the goods are packed.
Readable on the first scan
Each barcode is scanned after printing and after it's applied. A label that won't decode, because of low contrast, a crease, a missing quiet zone or a curved surface, is caught here instead of at Amazon receiving.
Right code on the right product
The scanned value is matched to the FNSKU or SKU for that variant, so a size or color label can't end up on the wrong item and codes from two SKUs can't get mixed.
No duplicate codes
Repeated scans are flagged, so a Transparency code or serial number is never applied to two units.
Nothing missed
Labels applied, units counted and carton contents are reconciled against each other, so every unit is labeled and every carton matches its box contents.
Fixed before packing
Any label that fails a check is pulled, reprinted, applied again and rescanned before the carton is sealed.
Works for 1D barcodes such as Code 128 FNSKU labels, UPC and EAN, and for 2D codes such as Amazon Transparency codes and QR codes.

- 3 We print on suitable stock Correct size and material for each label type, so barcodes scan and labels stay on through transit.
- 4 We apply them and ship Labels go on units and cartons in our warehouse, then the goods are packed and shipped to Amazon FBA or any destination.

Can you print my Amazon FNSKU labels if I don't have a label printer?
Yes. Download the FNSKU label PDF from Seller Central and send it to us. We print the labels at the correct size on suitable label stock and apply them to each unit in our Shenzhen warehouse.
Do you create Transparency codes or FNSKU barcodes?
No. Both are issued by Amazon. FNSKU labels come from your Seller Central account and Transparency codes are issued to your brand by Amazon. You send them to us, and we print and apply them correctly.
Can you print labels for goods that aren't going to Amazon?
Yes. We print carton marks, barcode stickers, SKU labels, warning labels and origin labels for any channel: Walmart, TikTok Shop, retail chains, your own warehouse, or general export.
Can you print variable-data or RFID labels?
Yes. For variable-data labels we print a different serial number, barcode or QR code on each label from the data file you send. For RFID labels, send the tag specification and the data for each tag, and we'll confirm the format before printing.
Can you only print labels, without packing or shipping?
Labels are printed and applied to goods in our warehouse, so they're usually combined with prep, packing or shipping. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it either way.
What do you need from me to start?
The label files or codes, the SKU list with quantities, and where each label goes (unit, inner pack or outer carton). If you're unsure where Amazon wants a label, we'll tell you.
