We visit your supplier's factory to confirm it's real and capable, check production in progress, and inspect finished goods before you pay the balance.

One-stop service, one vendor:
See the Factory Before You Send the Money
Most supplier problems are discovered too late: after the deposit is paid, after mass production, or when the cartons are opened at the destination warehouse. An on-site visit moves that moment earlier, when you can still change supplier, ask for rework or hold the final payment.
This service happens at your supplier's factory. It's different from our in-house quality inspection, which checks goods after they've arrived at our facility. Many clients use both: a factory visit before shipment, then a receiving check here before labeling and packing.
Use this page if you want checks done at your supplier's factory. For inspection after goods reach our Shenzhen facility, see our quality inspection service.
What We Check On Site
Supplier verification
Does the factory exist at the stated address? Is it a manufacturer or a trading company? We check the business licence, the premises and who actually does the production.
Capability and capacity
Production lines, equipment, workforce and current workload, so you know whether the factory can make your order on time.
During-production check
A visit once production has started, to catch problems with materials, workmanship or specifications while there's still time to correct them.
Pre-shipment inspection
Finished goods are inspected against your specification before shipment, using AQL sampling: quantity, appearance, function, dimensions, packaging and labels.
Loading check
We count cartons and check their condition as the goods are loaded, so what leaves the factory matches what was ordered.
Photo report
You get a written report with photos of the factory, the goods and any defects found, so you can decide whether to release payment.
What This Service Is Not
Not a certification body
We're not an accredited auditor. If your customer requires a formal social or quality audit such as BSCI, SMETA or ISO 9001 certification, you'll need an accredited body for that.
Not lab testing
We check goods visually, functionally and against your specification. Safety and chemical testing for CE, FCC, CPSIA and similar requirements is done by accredited labs.
Practical, not paperwork
The goal is to tell you, as a buyer, whether the supplier and the goods are what you're paying for.
How a Factory Visit Works
- 1 Send supplier and specs Supplier name and address, your purchase order and product specification, and what you want checked.
- 2 Visit scheduled We agree the date with the factory, timed to the stage you need: before the order, mid-production or before shipment.
- 3 On-site check We verify the factory and inspect goods against your specification.
- 4 Report and next step You receive the photo report. If the goods pass, they can ship straight to our facility for prep and freight.
FAQ
What's the difference between this and your quality inspection service?
Factory audits and pre-shipment inspections happen at your supplier's factory, before goods leave it. Our quality inspection service checks goods after they arrive at our Shenzhen facility, before labeling and packing.
When should a pre-shipment inspection happen?
When production is complete and most of the goods are packed, so the sample reflects the finished order. Any earlier and you're inspecting goods that may still change.
Can you check a supplier before I pay the deposit?
Yes. A supplier verification visit before the first order is the cheapest time to find out that a supplier isn't what they claimed.
Which areas can you visit?
Factories in Shenzhen and the surrounding Guangdong cities are the quickest to reach. We can visit factories in other provinces too, with travel quoted separately.
Are you an accredited audit company?
No. We're a printing, packaging and prep company that checks suppliers on behalf of our clients. For formal certification audits such as BSCI or ISO 9001, use an accredited body.
