How Our Pricing Works

Every job is quoted on the work it actually needs. Here's what each service is priced on, so you know what drives the number before you ask for a quote.

Starting Prices

Indicative prices in US dollars for a simple version of each service, as of October 2026. Your exact price is confirmed in a written quote. Freight isn't listed because rates change week to week; every shipment is quoted.

Pricing

Per unit

FBA prep, labeling and packing

The price per unit depends on how many steps each unit needs (label, poly bag, bubble wrap, kitting, inserts), how many SKUs there are, and the total volume. A unit that only needs an FNSKU label costs less than one that's bagged, kitted and boxed.

Per label

Label and sticker printing

Label size, material, quantity and whether each label carries unique variable data such as Transparency codes or serial numbers. Printing and applying are quoted together when we do both.

Per piece, from 500 pieces

Custom boxes and cartons

Box type, size, board or paper, printing, finishing such as foil or lamination, inserts and quantity. The minimum order is 500 pieces per design, and the unit price drops as quantity rises.

Per CBM or per container

Sea freight

Shared-container (LCL) shipments are priced by volume in cubic metres; full containers (FCL) are priced per container. Destination charges and delivery depend on the shipping terms.

Per kg of chargeable weight

Air freight and express

Chargeable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is usually length × width × height in cm divided by 6,000 for air freight and 5,000 for express.

Added to freight

DDP and cargo insurance

A DDP quote adds import clearance, duties and taxes, which depend on the product's HS code, declared value and destination. Cargo insurance is a separate line based on the value of the goods.

By volume and time

Warehousing

Goods that stay with us beyond normal prep time, such as stock held for consolidation or staged shipments, are quoted by the space they take and how long they stay.

Per project

Sourcing, factory visits and photography

These depend on the scope: how many suppliers to search, where the factory is, or how many products and shots you need. We quote each project before work starts.

What We Need to Quote You

  • Product name, dimensions and weight (and a photo or link if you have one)
  • Number of SKUs and units per SKU
  • Which services you need: labeling, packing, boxes, inspection, freight
  • Destination: Amazon marketplace and fulfillment center, warehouse or address
  • Preferred shipping method and terms, if you have one (sea, air, express; DDP or DAP)

What a Quote Looks Like

Each service is a separate line: prep per unit, labels, boxes, freight, and duties and insurance where they apply. You can see what each part costs, compare shipping methods or terms, and drop the parts you'd rather handle yourself.

Pricing FAQ

Are these the final prices?

They're starting prices for a simple version of each service. The final price depends on the product, the number of steps per unit, the box specification and the quantity, and is confirmed in a written quote before any work starts.

Why isn't freight on the price list?

Sea, air and express rates change with the season and often week to week, and they depend on the route, the volume and the shipping terms. A published freight price would be out of date quickly, so we quote every shipment.

Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?

No. Send your product details and we'll reply with a quote. You decide whether to go ahead.

How long does a quote take?

We reply within 12 hours, Monday to Saturday; we're closed on Sundays, but you can call at any time if it's urgent. Custom boxes, sourcing and factory visits can take a little longer to quote, because we may need to confirm structure, materials or travel.

Does the box price include production time?

Yes. The listed box prices cover standard production, which usually takes 7–20 days after you approve the sample, depending on the box type, finishing and quantity. Shipping is quoted separately.

Will the final bill match the quote?

Yes, as long as the goods match what was quoted. If something changes, for example cartons arrive heavier than declared or a product needs extra protection, we tell you and agree the change before doing the work.

Is there a minimum order?

For prep and freight there's no hard minimum, though very small one-off jobs may carry a flat handling fee. Custom printed boxes have a minimum of 500 pieces per design.
