A successful campaign can mean thousands of backers in dozens of countries, a different reward for each pledge tier, add-ons, and a deadline you've already promised. Fulfillment is where many crowdfunded projects run late or over budget.
Your product is usually made in China anyway. Shipping it to a fulfillment center in each region first adds freight, handling and time. We can pack each backer's order here in Shenzhen and ship it directly, or send bulk stock to regional warehouses where that works out cheaper, and send whatever's left over to Amazon or your own warehouse.

How Campaign Fulfillment Works
- 1 Plan the rewards Share your tiers, add-ons, product and packaging, and a backer count by country so we can quote shipping.
- 2 Packaging and kitting Reward boxes are made, and goods from your factory are received and kitted by tier.
- 3 Labels from your backer list Your final backer export is imported and each parcel is labeled and checked.
- 4 Ship and report Parcels go out by destination, and you get tracking numbers for every backer.

Can you handle many different pledge tiers and add-ons?
Yes. Each tier and add-on combination is set up as its own kit with a packing list, so every parcel is assembled the same way and checked before sealing.
Can you ship to backers in every country?
Almost every country. Most destinations have regular express and postal options. A few remote destinations are expensive or slow, so we quote by country before you set your campaign's shipping charges.
Will backers have to pay import duties on delivery?
That depends on the destination and the route. Where duties-paid lines are available, backers can receive parcels without a bill at the door. We'll tell you, country by country, which options are available.
Do I get tracking numbers for each backer?
Yes. You receive a spreadsheet of tracking numbers matched to your backer list, ready to share with backers.
Can you make the reward packaging too?
Yes. We manufacture printed boxes, gift boxes and shipping cartons in our own factory, with a minimum of 500 pieces per design.
