FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What changed in Amazon's FBA prep rules on January 1, 2026?
Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer offers in-house FBA prep and labeling for shipments sent to its US fulfillment centers. Every unit must arrive already labeled, bagged, and fully compliant, or the shipment risks rejection or an unplanned service fee at receiving.
Where is your facility located?
Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China — close to the factory clusters most Amazon sellers source from and within easy reach of Yantian and Shekou ports.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers, or also Walmart/TikTok Shop/DTC brands?
All of the above. See our Multi-Channel Prep service for how the same facility handles Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok Shop fulfillment, and direct-to-consumer orders.
What's the minimum order size you work with?
For prep, labeling and freight there's no hard minimum: we work with first-time sellers and established brands alike, though very small one-off jobs may carry a flat handling fee. Custom printed boxes and cartons made in our factory start at 500 pieces per design.
How do you make sure barcode labels aren't unreadable, mixed up, duplicated or missed?
Every FNSKU, Transparency code, carton label and product barcode is scanned with a handheld barcode scanner after printing and after it's applied. Each scan is matched to the right FNSKU or SKU, repeated codes are flagged, and label counts are reconciled against units and carton contents. Any label that fails is reprinted and rescanned before the carton is sealed.
Can you ship DDP, with duties and taxes paid?
Yes. We quote DDP door-to-door, including to Amazon fulfillment centers, as well as DAP, FOB and CIF, with optional cargo insurance. See our DDP door-to-door shipping page.
Can you help me find a supplier or check my factory?
Yes. We offer product sourcing (supplier search, checks, quotes and samples) and on-site factory audits and pre-shipment inspections at your supplier, then prep and ship the goods from our facility.
Can you apply Amazon Transparency Program codes correctly?
Yes — we apply unit-level Transparency Program codes matched against your brand's enrollment, in addition to standard FNSKU barcodes and outer-carton shipping marks.
How do you handle fragile, oversized, or irregularly shaped products?
Because we also run a packaging factory, we design custom foam inserts, corner protection, or crates sized to the exact product rather than over-packing a generic box with loose fill. See our Custom Packaging service.
Do you inspect products before packing, or only count cartons on arrival?
Both are available, at three inspection tiers — a receiving check, AQL sampling, or 100% full inspection — selected based on product value and return risk. See our Quality Inspection service.
Can you process Amazon removal orders and returned inventory?
Yes — inspection, sorting into resellable/repairable/damaged categories, and relabeling so resellable units can go back on sale. See our Returns Processing & Relabeling service.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your product dimensions, SKU count, and target marketplace(s) through our contact page, WhatsApp, or email — we typically reply with a per-unit quote within 12 hours (Monday–Saturday). We're closed on Sunday; for anything urgent, call us anytime.
