Editorial Policy
Sellers use our guides to make decisions that cost real money, so we hold them to simple rules. This page explains who writes them, where the facts come from and how we keep them current.
Written from our own work
Our guides are written by Alice Wu, our founder, with input from the people who label, pack, inspect and ship goods in our Shenzhen facility. We write about what we do every day: FBA prep, packaging, inspection and freight from China.
Rules come from the source
Marketplace, customs and tax rules are checked against the official source where one exists, such as Amazon Seller Central and Amazon's own program pages, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the USITC tariff schedule and GOV.UK. Where a rule depends on your company or product, we say so and point you to the official tool or a licensed broker.
No invented numbers
We do not publish made-up statistics, customer counts or guaranteed transit times. Third-party fees are attributed to whoever publishes them and marked as subject to change. Our own prices are the starting prices on our pricing page, and the final price is always confirmed in a written quote.
Honest about what we are
We are a printing, packaging and prep company with our own facility. We say what we do in-house and what we do not do. We do not claim certifications, partnerships or test-lab status we do not hold.
Dated and updated
Every article shows the date it was published and the date it was last updated. When Amazon, a customs authority or our own process changes, we update the article and its date.
Corrections
If you spot something wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it and correct it.
