The 8 Steps
- 1 Send your product details Product, quantity, supplier location, where it is going (Amazon, another marketplace, a 3PL or a business address) and what each unit needs. A photo or listing link is enough to start. Your part: Product info and destination
- 2 Get an itemized quote You receive a written quote line by line: prep steps per unit, packaging, storage if needed, and freight for your carton count and route. We reply Monday to Saturday within 12 hours. Your part: Approve the quote
- 3 Packaging and label files If we are making your boxes, we confirm structure and artwork and make a sample for approval; production follows in about 7–20 days. For prep, you send FNSKU, Transparency or carton label files from Seller Central. Your part: Artwork and label files
- 4 Suppliers deliver to our warehouse Your suppliers ship to our facility in Longhua, Shenzhen. Goods from several suppliers are received into one account. Your part: Share supplier contacts
- 5 Receive, count and inspect Every delivery is counted against your purchase order. You get a receiving report, with photos of any shortage or damage, plus AQL or 100% inspection if you ordered it. Your part: Decide on any problems found
- 6 Prep and pack Labels, poly bags, bubble wrap, kitting and inserts as your listing requires. Every label is scanned and matched to the right SKU, then units are packed into cartons with carton labels and shipping marks. Your part: Nothing, unless specs change
- 7 Book freight and prepare documents Sea, air or express on DDP, DAP, FOB or CIF terms, with optional cargo insurance. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list so they match the cartons exactly. Your part: Confirm the shipping plan
- 8 Delivery and tracking You receive tracking and the shipping documents. Stock can also stay in our warehouse and go out in smaller replenishment batches when you need it. Your part: Check in the delivery

Questions About the Process
Can I use your warehouse if my supplier is not in Shenzhen?
Yes. Suppliers anywhere in China can ship to our Longhua facility by domestic freight, which is usually a short and inexpensive leg. The goods are counted and checked when they arrive.
What do I need to send so you can start a quote?
The product name or listing link, unit size and weight if known, quantity, the destination and which prep steps you think it needs. If you are unsure about prep, tell us the marketplace and we will tell you what its rules require.
Who will I talk to during an order?
